On February 26, 2012, the pedway between Scotia Place and Commerce Place in downtown Edmonton will be transformed into a sixty seat restaurant called Blink.

Chefs Paul Shufelt and Tony Le of Lux Steakhouse have created a six-course menu for Blink, drawing inspiration from some of the best local ingredients available.

Tickets for this pop-up restaurant are $65. Cocktails at 5pm, dinner from 6-9pm. Seating will be at a communal table.
